Refund policy

We offer a 28-day return / exchange policy!

Eligibility for Returns: To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition: tags must still be attached, and there should be no signs of wear, including marks or fragrance damage.

How To Start Your Return

  1. Fill out the return form included in your package.
  2. Return the item to the address provided.

Please note that we do not provide return labels, so you may use any courier of your choice.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items to ensure they are in sellable condition. If approved, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been processed and your refund is on the way.

Please allow 3-10 working days from the arrival of your return for processing.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, including those for orders that qualified for free shipping.

Exchanges

On your return form, you can select the exchange option and specify the item and size you wish to receive. Please make sure to write the item name exactly as it appears on our website.

Once we receive your returned item:

  • If your requested item is available, we will ship it out immediately and send you an email with tracking information. There are no additional shipping costs for exchanges.
  • If your requested item is unavailable, we will contact you to offer store credit or a refund.

If you’d like to put an item on hold while returning your item, please contact HELP@RESTOCK3D.CO.UK . Please note that we can hold your item for only 7 days.

Damages and issues

Please check your order upon arrival. If you find the item to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.

Important: If tags have been removed, we cannot accept the return. Additionally, if we receive a return with marks or fragrance damage, we reserve the right to reject the return and send the item back to you.

Returns for Orders Outside the UK

Due to potential import tax charges, refunds will be processed 2 weeks after we receive your return. Any import fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.
